Hello Psychos!
The last time I was manic was November of 2020, in the midst of the pandemic. Throughout that episode, Sinead O’Connor took on a very special meaning. I thought that Sinead and I were supposed to combine forces to save the world from supervillain Klaus Schwab and his World Economic Forum. Haha. SO ridiculous. If you don’t know about the treacherous Klaus and the WEF, don’t worry. I’ll explain.
Before we get into it, though, I’d like to say that I’m so thrilled and appreciative to be approaching three full years without a manic or depressive episode. I mark each November 17th as being another year “in recovery” because that is the date of my last psychiatric hospitalization. My psychiatrist and myself are both optimistic that I can stay well moving forward, as long as I stick to the plan. The plan for me includes medication, being sober, getting proper sleep, having a support system of friends and family, having a great psychiatrist, having been through a lot of great talk therapy, and having my creative outlet of doing comedy. In my assessment, each one of these pieces of the puzzle is of equal importance.
Two of the pieces that were certainly missing in November of 2020 were sobriety and sleep. I was on medication, but I was also on smoky single malt scotch; a whole lot of it. And I wasn’t sleeping because I was freaking out about Klaus Schwab and the World Economic Forum, which is an international non-governmental organization funded by literally ONE-THOUSAND corporations. The WEF brings together world leaders and heads of corporations and other prominent figures in Davos, Switzerland every January, so they can set the agenda for the world. ALRIGHT, FINE! THEY’RE THE GLOBALISTS, OKAY?! Yep, in this episode, it was Sinead and JFOD versus THE GLOBALISTS lol!
The above picture is of Klaus Schwab. I know he looks like if you told an A.I. to create the essence of evil, but I promise you, he is real. He’s the executive chairman of the WEF and a former Nazi youth (no big deal) who is obsessed with the 4th Industrial Revolution which is Transhumanism. Transhumanism is the merging of man and machine. It’s cyborgs, y’all! It’s cyborgs! Klaus Schwab is trying to hasten the onslaught of cyborgs (among many other nefarious things that are beyond the scope of this newsletter)! And you better believe that Sinead O’Connor and John F. O’Donnell weren’t gonna stand for it!
Here’s why I wanted to combine forces with Sinead: First of all, she had the voice of a thousand angels. Clearly, it would take a thousand angels to fight against a thousand corporations. That’s just simple math. Also, she had Bipolar Disorder, so I always felt a connection with her there; a sense of kinship. Furthermore, throughout her life, she was an unshakable force for good, despite the repercussions. We should all know that in 1992 she went on Saturday Night Live and tore up a picture of the Pope, live on-air, as a protest against the Church for covering up the abuse of children. Unfortunately, instead of anybody in a position of power actually listening to her, she ended up getting blacklisted from the music industry, and it completely derailed her career. At least that’s what I thought until I read her memoir, ‘Rememberings,’ where she said that the SNL incident didn’t, in fact, derail her career. She said it didn’t derail her career because she was never meant to be a pop star; she was meant to be a protest singer. So she says the SNL incident actually allowed her to escape pop stardom, so it re-railed her career. Wowwww!
So what exactly did Sinead and myself do to stop the Globalists from ushering in Transhumanism (again, among many other nefarious things that are beyond the scope of this newsletter)? Nothing tangible. It was more of a collaboration of our spiritual energy of light and love that we were pushing out against the dark and sinister energy of Klaus Schwab and the WEF. In actuality, I was just listening to her rendition of THIS Irish protest song on repeat and getting really fired up lol!
It is fun, though, to imagine what a creative collaboration between Sinead and myself would look like. To be honest, it would have to be the most badass musical-comedy concept album of all time in order to defeat the long and powerful reach of the Globalists. Maybe it would consist of Sinead singing some of my stand up bits. Her once-in-a-generation voice would allow for my jokes to be delivered so powerfully that they would make Klaus Schwab’s head immediately explode upon hearing them. Here’s a line from my act: “Would you guys agree with me that the word ‘Bestiality’ sounds way too cool to me what it means?” Now imagine Sinead singing that at the top of her lungs. World saved lol!
I do want to point out that, once again, during this episode, my mania manifested as what I like to describe as being ‘misguided, frustrated idealism.’ It’s misguided in the respect that it’s insane. It’s frustrated because I can’t really explain it or express it to anybody else. And It’s idealistic because, from my perspective, I’m desperately trying to create a better world for all of humanity. The underpinnings of my mania come from a place of love. That’s the intentionality. The reality of how it unfolds, however, is, let’s say, different…We’ll get into that another time.
Love,
JFOD
