My New Joke + Shows in Seattle!

1/25 Theatre Off Jackson, 1/26 Capitol Hill Comedy/Bar

I wrote a new joke about Bitcoin. I knowwww Bitcoin blahhhh. Anyway, here it is:

“Currently, 1 Bitcoin is worth about $100,000. Round of applause if you have any Bitcoin.”

(Light applause)

“Round of applause if you don’t have any Bitcoin.”

(Heavier applause)

“Round of applause if you didn’t applaud because you actually do have Bitcoin, but you’re too embarrassed to admit it.”

(Reluctant applause)

“Bitcoin is bullshit, aright! Maybe it started off as an idealistic, alternative payment system to keep us from getting ripped off by the big banks. Maybe. But clearly, it’s been hijacked by crypto bros and turned into a pump-and-dump Ponzi scheme that creates nothing, yet uses an absurd amount of energy, leaving in its wake what can only be described as a grotesquely immoral and unnecessary carbon footprint… Says the guy who sold all of his before it became really valuable… DAMNIT!”

“Why did I sell it?! Why?! I want my Bitcoin back! I want my digital gold back! I wanna hoard my digital gold like a troll living underneath a bridge made out of ones and zeros! Give me back my Bitcoin!”

“Now I’m gonna die poor and alone, just like the rest of all of you!”

That’s my new joke. It cost me tens of thousands of dollars to be able to write that one lol. Sooooo please come out to a show in Seattle or spread the word if you know anybody who lives there!!!
