Sooooo this is exciting:

‘50 First Jokes,’ a show that I co-created with Claudia Cogan and Jiwon Lee in NYC now takes place in 20 cities nationwide. If you’re not familiar with the concept, 50 comedians are all booked on one big show, in the beginning of January, where they tell the 1st new joke they’ve written for the New Year. It’s really fun! The show started back in 2006 in the Lower East Side in the back room of the legendary dive bar, The Parkside Lounge. At first, 50FJ was just a bunch of comedians getting drunk and making each other laugh with their newest material, but the show has grown so much. Now, in NYC, we perform at The Bell House every year to sold out crowds. The show also happens in wonderful ways in the comedy scenes of Los Angeles, Denver, Ann Arbor, Cleveland, Portland, Seattle, Chicago, New Orleans, Columbus, Athens, Raleigh, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, Austin, DC, Atlanta, Covina, Lafayette, and Philadelphia.
